 Currently, Cobalt Psychological Services does not contract with insurance companies and clients are fully responsible for payment. As a courtesy, we can provide “superbills” if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance for “out-of-network” services. 

We accept several convenient payment options including debit, or credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards.  

 You will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of costs for our services within three days of scheduling an appointment(s) or upon request. If there is a change in the services to be provided a new GFE will be provided.
